I've been passionate about fitness and health for 25 years and have spent 17 of those working in the food and nutrition industry.
Growing up, exercise became an important outlet for me—it had a huge impact on my mental health. Like many, I initially started working out for vanity reasons, but I quickly realized that fitness brings so much more: strength, confidence, and a sense of empowerment. And of course, feeling great in my own skin was an added bonus!
In 2023, I became a certified personal trainer to share my love for fitness with other women. My goal is to help you find a way to incorporate exercise into your life in a way that feels approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable—without the pressure of it being overwhelming. I work with women at all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, so no matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you reach your goals!

$115 - 2-person session (1 hr)Each session is designed around your specific goals, with a focus on strength training and correcting muscle imbalances identified in your initial consultation.

Virtual Training
$65 (1 hr)
Get the same personalized training experience as in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your home. We'll connect live via video call, focusing on your specific goals and strength training.
You'll need some basic equipment, including a few sets of dumbbells, an exercise ball, and resistance bands, along with enough space to move safely.

$20 (1 hr)
A guided, at-home strength session designed to complement your personal training program. This session includes exercise tutorials to help you stay on track between in-person or virtual sessions.
